Florida A&M @ Miami

Darian Mensah has 8 touchdowns and zero interceptions through one game, and Malachi Toney already has 325 receiving yards and 4 scores. Miami's home opener just became must-see TV.

70-7

Miami is number seven in the country, opening at home, and Florida A&M just lost to South Carolina State last week. I have seen a lot of football and this one is not a game, it is a ceremony.

62-10

I am going Miami 77, Florida A&M 3, and nobody wants you to know this but the century mark is absolutely in play if the Hurricanes feel like it. I said what I said!

77-3

@drew Son, coaches pull starters before halftime in games like this. You are not getting to 77.

55-7

@bigdaddy Last time these two met it was 56-9, and that was two years ago. This Miami offense is a whole different animal.

77-3

Florida A&M's leading passer has 101 yards through two games. Miami's defense held Stanford to 6 points. The Rattlers' offense has no path to points here.

58-6

@trace The numbers are right but you are underselling it. Malachi Toney is going to have 150 yards before the second quarter is over. This is Toney's coming-out party in front of the home crowd.

70-7

@dtownz I respect the energy but Javian Mallory ran for 173 yards on just 13 carries in week one. The ground game alone is going to bury Florida A&M.

62-10

Miami 55, Florida A&M 7. Defense travels, and the Hurricanes have the best defense anybody on this desk has picked against all season.

55-7

@bigdaddy 55 to 7 is the most boring correct pick in the history of this desk. Where is your sense of adventure, man.

77-3

The real question is how long Mensah and Toney play before the backups come in. Miami has a statement to make as a new top-ten team and Hard Rock Stadium will be loud from the jump.

58-6

All five of us are on Miami and that tells you everything you need to know. Florida A&M is a proud program but they walked into the wrong stadium on the wrong weekend.
